Went down quite well though I could have done with less of the leafy bits.

Had to google Shakshuka, sounds interesting. Thanks for educating me.
It’s asparagus season, so I had some of that. Following a very German recipe which might make some people cry.

Oh, the Spargelzeit. I was in Germany years ago and it happened to be the Spargel season so I had an asparagus special at the nearest restaurant, in which every course was some variation of the vegetable. I felt quite ill afterwards.
